NVU Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting NVU Apparel! As we continue building and growing our brand, we truly appreciate your support, patience, and understanding.

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If your item does not fit as expected, we’re happy to help. You may request:

● A size exchange (subject to product availability), or

● Store credit for the value of your purchase if your requested size is unavailable.

To qualify for a size exchange or store credit:

● Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

● Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless NVU Apparel shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Please note:

● Size exchanges are based on available inventory.

● Store credit will be issued if we are unable to accommodate your requested size.

● We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
